For the medical examination, does the seal on the medical certificate have to have the Ashoka Symbol

I am applying for a Work Visa for China. For the medical examination, does the seal on the medical certificate have to have the Ashoka Symbol…? All government hospital in Karnataka has the state government seal only… please confirm.

Hi, as I know the Ashoka symbol is not required. The seal of the state government on it is ok for application.
