About:China Embassy in Thailand

Individual tourist visa

Hi,
I'm now in China and have a single entry L. I want to go to Thailand to travel and afterwards go back to China to travel again. So I need a new visa when I want to go back to China. Can I get it for 90 days (i prefer double entry)? I have a flight ticket from Shanghai to Bangkok and from Bangkok to Shanghai.
Thanks!

Hi, you'd better contact the embassy in Thailand directly for this matter since they have the final say to the application. As I know, you may request double entry in your application form, and provide detailed travel itinerary for the application.

Thanks Amber!
But a single entry should be possible anyway?

yes, it is possible and it will be better if you can provide hotel booking for few nights.

So a few days hotel booking should be enough? Because I don't have a round trip air ticket to show them.

Thank you so much!

generally, it can be ok if you provide hotel bookings, and a flight ticket from Bangkok to Shanghai as you said above. Anyway, it is safer if you can talk to the consular officers directly at:

+66-2-2478970(14:00-17:00, Working Day)
