weather in hangzhou for march

Hi, I'm planning to visit in early March next year. Read from website that, is a raining season in March, is it true? Should I go in early March or late March? I also wanted to visit Huangshan during my trip there. So, what is the best time to go Huangshan?Thanks.

According to the weather records of the past years, it may rain more heavily and frequently in the early March, so I suggest you go there in the late days of March. Well, from March to November is the good travel seaon to Huangshan, especially around September to November.
