From the airport, you can take bus E41 and get off at PO HEUNG BRIDGE TAI PO, then transfer to bus 73 to NORTH DISTRICT PARK NORTH GATE. You will get to Fanling Wai.0

Yes, I suggest you take bus. The bus fare is totally around HKD20/person.0
