Chinese tourist visa from Philippines

Hi, I'm a Dutch citizen. Im now in China but have to leave because my visa will expire. I'd like to go to the philippines to travel around and then come back to china and travel again. Is it possible to get a china tourist L for 90 days? And will multiple or double entry be possible? Thanks!

I am afraid not, you are required to provide valid proof of residency, work or study in Philippines if you want to get visa there. You'd better contact the embassy in Philippines directly if they accept application if you are a temporary visitor to the country.
