Is Duo Citizenship Allowed By The PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA ?

I'm a Malaysian man married legally to a Chinese citizen and blessed with a cute year old daughter. Right now she's with her grandparents in China, can she apply for China citizenship? If yes, which department should we go to? Does both parents have to be present for the application?

Yes, I think she can. You cna go to the locla public security bureau to have a try. It's better that both parents present for the application.
