About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

IS IT POSSIBLE TO APPLY FOR CHINA CITIZENSHIP?

I'm malaysian man married to a citizen of china and we have a one year old daughter who is born in malaysia, is duo citizenship allowed by the people's republic of china? if yes , which department should we go to and does both parents have to be present for the application?

Do you mean to apply for the citizenship for your baby daughter? I think you can have a try, since your partner is Chinese. You can first go to the local Chinese embassy or consulate to make an enquiry. China doesn't accept dual citizenship.
