About:Mutianyu Great Wall

On the end of february ( 23-25 february 2013), is the 867 bus still operate?

if not, what bus should i take to go to mutianyu great wall?

Usually, during winter, the 867 bus stops operating and it continue working from March.
During Feburary, you can take the bus 919 from Dongzhimen Bus Station to reach Huairong and then take a local taxi to reach the attraction.

how much is the taxi cost?
And how do i go back to beijing? Is there any local taxi from mutianyu?

The taxi fare is around 60 to 70 RMB. It is suggested to take the taxi with other people, then you can share the taix fee.
From there, you can find the local taxi to go back to Huairou, so you can use the same way to go back.
