Transit Visa for 5 hours at shanghai airport to meet friend

I am Indian and having a valid passport and in this August I visited China particularly Shanghai and Beijing. However, next month I am travelling to India via Shanghai and so I want meet my Chinise friend. I have 5 hours of time to change my next flight. so is it possible to meet my friend and what I need to do for it.

I think you can only spend some time at the airport, and you have to apply for a transit visa for this.

thanks, but is there facility to take visa at airport or I have to get it from Korea

You need to apply for a transit visa in South Korea. This can not be got at the airport.
