Bus from Beihai to Zuhai.

Can you plese tell me how I can get by bus from Beihai (Quangxi) to Zuhai (Quandong). How long would it take and what would be the bus terminals. Would I have to stop over in Yangjjang? We are currently in Behai. Thank you very much for your help
