What will be the weather in shanghai on 21-24 dec?

what is the safest and convenient way to travel from Shanghai to hangzhou or suzhou?

It will be very cold and dry. The temperature may be about 0~10C at that time. the best way is to take bullet or high speed train from Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station to Hangzhou or Suzhou.
