transport to hongkong from guangzhou

if i prefer used mtr, how should i go to the mtr, how long i can reach homgkong and can you tell me the ticket price. tq

Hi, there are express trains running from Canton East to Hong Kong. It takes about 2h or a little longer and costs 190HKD.
