About:Hangzhou Transportation Smart Card

I've lost Z bicycle card in Hangzhou

I've lost it today. but I have red slip.
Is there still a way for me to get some refund on it?

Hi, I suggest you take the valid identification you used when applying for the Smart Card Center. Once the staff ensure that it is exactly yours, you may get your refund.
