Hi what is the best plan to spend a whole Saturday in hong kong?

Well, actually, it depends where you are staying. Anyway, here is my suggestion on the one-day HK itinerary.
Lantau Island (Ngong Ping 360) - Disneyland Resort - Victoria Peak - Causeway Bay
Or
Disneyland Resort - Ocean Park - Victoria Peak - Victoria Bay - Tsim Sha Tsui
