how to find job in china

I am from Malaysia and permanet residence of Singapore, i am interest to work in China. However what qualificatiion to apply the work permit. And my higher qualification is certificate. Can i apply work permit in China.

The work permti is provided by your future employer in China from the local human resources bureau after you were employed. You can't get it yoruself.
