About:China Weather

weather in Beijing and Shanghai in December

Hello,


I'm planning to have a trip to China end of this year and I would like to know what is the forecast temperature (Celsius) for period 27-31 December 2012 in Beijing and 1-3 January 2013 in Shanghai.

According to usual data, the average temperature is about -6~2C at the end of Dec in Beijing, while it is about 1~8C in beginning of Jan. It is cold and dry in both cities. When travelling to the two cities, you need to prepare warm winter clothes like wool sweaters and down coats.

I don't know what the weathers like but be sure to wear a mask in Beijing. There is lots of pollution there so if you don't you may die from the air...
