What is best way to travel from Shanghai to Mt. Putuo?

We will be travelling there for 5 days. arriving Jan. 8, 11:45 pm. We plan to visit Mt. Putuo via Ningbo, Hangzhou and Suzhou. What is the best way to travel to mt. Putuo- Train or bus?

Hi, you can easily take the bus to Mt. Putuo at Huangpu Tourist Center. It takes about 5.5h to reach your destination.
Or you can take a ferry at Wusong Passenger Port to Putuoshan Port.
