About:China Visa

Canadian going to Shanghai with Return Home Permit

I am going to Shanghai from Canada with a direct flight. I am a Canadian with a Canadian passport but I also have a valid HKSAR Passport with Return Home Permit. Do I still need a visa?

Yes, visa is needed if you fly directly from Canada to Shanghai. Otherwise, you may not allowed to board the plane.
