How long need a parcel from Bejing international to Zhuhai?

i wait now since 8.10 on a parcel from my parents in germany
it passed custom on 23.10, till today the answer from 11183 is, it is still in Bejing!!!!! since 22 Days!!!! can this be ???

It passed already the customs and hand over to EMS.

Still no change of the status of my parcel
now it is 1 month in Beijing. are they all on holiday from mid autum festival till cny???

Usually, it takes about 7-10 work days, even 15 work days sometime, to pass through the customs. Just wait more days.
