About:Chinese Consulates in Thailand

Postal return of passport

I dont live in Bangkok but its the nearest place to apply for a visa. Does the embassy offer to return the passport by post.

No, if you can not go for collection, you can pass the receipt to someone else and let him/her to pick it up on your behalf.
