hotels in Shanghai. Yun's Paradise and Xinyu Hotel, which is better?

Please Compare and advise the following Hotel ( located at Huang Pu district), which is better??
1) Yun's Paradise
2) Xinyu Hotel

Personally, I suggest you go to Xinyu Hotel, which has more convenient transportation around.
