Hi, in Taiwan, are there any bigger taxis that will take up to 5 passengers ?

I'm afraid not. Almost taxis can hold four passengers. But you can try to bargain with the driver to hold five.

Yes there are... but you have to ask for them. They are usually some kind of min-van or bus.
