how to apply a saudi resident- indian citizen for a new single entry chinese visa

I would like to go to China for Garment purchase purpose. I am a Indian Citizen currently living in Saudi Arabia.  What are the procedures of getting a Single Entry Chinese visa.  Currently i dont have any contact with china.

For this purpose, you'd better apply for a business visa with invitation letter from a Chinese supplier. If you do not have any contact person now, you can try to apply for a tourist visa L with round-trip ticket and hotel reservation. Please do not mention Garment purchase in this regards to the application form. Otherwise, you will be asked to provide invitation letter.
