Suzhou Grand Canal boat ride

Are there still boat rides available on the Suzhou Grand Canal that just do a short tour of the Suzhou section? And do they only run in the evening, as indicated on this site? Where exactly is the Shuishang Lvyou Wharf? Is it right at the Xin Shi Bridge near the Hanshan Temple? I'm having trouble locating it on Google Maps.
