From Disneyland to Tin Hau, you can take Disneyland Resort Line to Sunny Bay and transfer to Tung Chung Line there. Then get off at Lai King and transfer to Tsuen Wan Line to Admiralty. From Admiralty, you can take Island Line to Tin Hau. Well, from Ocean Park to Tin Hau, you can walk to Aberdeen Tunnel Toll Plaza to take bus 39M and get off at Tin Hau Public Transport Interchange.
