About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Inquiry for Travel if with Sponsor

Hi! I'm planning to travel to China soon. My friend intend to sponsor me. She's Chinese. What will be the things that she needs to complete? What will be the things that I should complete? Thank you very much. :D

She should issue an invitation letter and send you copies of her Chinese ID. With invitation letter, you can fill the application form for L visa. Check other documents from above page. The requirements are clearly listed on this website.

No, it does not include individual sponsors. If you have sponsor, her bank certificate is ok for application. The sentence you quote means both income tax and bank cert. are not required if you have booked your tour to China with a qualified China travel agency.

Yes. Anyway, you can contact the embassy directly for more information since officers have the final say to it.
