British Army but Nepalese passport holder, staying in Brunei .

I am currently staying in Brunei and an member of the British Army though Nepalese passport holder. First time, I am planning to go to Hong Kong this coming Dec 2012 with my family, what is the procedure to get the visa for Hong Kong, what short of documents do i need to present to get it and how long does it takes if myself apply from the Embassy of the China in Brunei?
