Surely you can with a sightseeing map of the mountain. You can get it in the website:https://www.travelchinaguide.com/map/anhui/huangshan/As for the hotel, I suggest you go to the Paiyunlou Hotel or Beihai Hotel, which are close to Yungu Cable Station.
