Transport from Guangzhou to Hong Kong?

is there any transport that i can take from guangzhou straight to hk? if yes, how much the ticket fare?

Certainly. You can take the direct train at Guangzhou East Railway Station to Hk. Or you can go to the local Yitai Plaza, Hotel Canton, Guangdong Guest House or Tianyi Hotel to take the direct cross-borders to Hk.

The train ticket is about 190HKD and the cross-border costs 100HKD or around.

First you need to confirm your destination--HK airport or HK city centre. Then you can choose by train or by bus.
