Wholesale market - clothings in Guangzhou

Hi -

I am planning to travel to that city early next year - mid of January and I was wondering whether all the stores at the wholesale market would be operating during the winter season. If yes - I am looking for summer wear and would I be able to find those? Which wholesale market or area would you recommend. Look forward to hearing from you. Thanks!
