Husband and I going to Shanghai

My husband works here in Singapore and we are planning to go to Shanghai together. Can we just both apply for visa here. I am on social visit pass and he has got Spass.

Your husband can get the visa in Singapore, as he is workign there. I'm afraid you will not be able to get it as a tourists there, but you may have a try. If failed, you may turn to make the application in Hk.

I heard it is not possible to apply visa in HK anymore.

You can have a try to apply in Singapore, if the application were refused, you can apply in philippines.
