Do i need to bring the landlord to the police station as well for the residents permit?

I have been registering at my local police station for the past 8 months whilst on a F visa. I will soon switch to a Z visa after securing a job, so do i just have to go to the police station again and ask them for the registration form to apply for the residents permit?

If you are on a F visa with less than 6 months duration, no need to apply for the residence permit.

If so , I advise you bring the landlord with you to get the residence permit successfully.
