About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

I require a business visa for China, I am UK citizen, I will be in Bangkok 12th November

I have completed all forms and will receive my LOI on 12th. Can I have the visa within 24 hours as I am required to travel on the 14th to Shanghai.

To be frank, if you are not working or living in Thailand, and you just trsit there for a few days, I don't think you can get a visa there. If you are qualified to make the application there, it's possible to get the visa within 24 hours.
