About:Hong Kong Airport Bus

Is there any free shuttle bus service to Cosmo Hotel Mongkok?

I would like to travel from Hong Kong Airport to Cosmo Hotel Mongkok. I would like to check whether there is any free bus shuttle service to the hotel.

It stated that there is free shuttle bus catered for this hotel.

Hi, I read the information on the website you linked. But I'm afraid that you misunderstand it. The free shuttle buses of the hotel will pick you up at Kowloon Station.

It means that you have to take airport express train or other buses to Kowloon Station first. Then you can catch the free shuttle bus to the hotel directly there.

I see. Is there any free shuttle bus service to Kowloon? If I were to purchase the Octopus card by the package which include two express airport transfer, will the expres bus be able to send me to Kowloon MTR station fr the free shuttle bus provided by the Cosmo Hotel Mongkok?

That's right. The Octopus Card can be used to take the Airport Express Train to Kowloon Station. But it is not free 'cause you deposit money into the card when you buy it.

I see. From the website, this is what I found:

"In addition, there are two types of Airport Express Tourist Octopus:

A) Airport Express One Free Single Journey + 3 days unlimited travel on MTR + $50 deposit + Stored value $20 = Price HK$220
B) Airport Express Two Free Single Journeys # + 3 days unlimited travel on MTR + $50 deposit + Stored value $20 = Price HK$300
•# Valid for 180 days after purchase"

Meaning to say, if I were to go for Option (B), I would be able to take the Airport Express bus to Kowloon station and during my last day, I would be able to take the Airport Express bus from Kowloon station back to Airport again?

Yes. You are totally right. You can use it to take the express to go back to the airport.
