About:Visa Application for Children Born in US with Chinese Parents

Would the Chinese Consulate in DC grant visa for NY resident (minor 14 yrs old) to travel in China

Would my grandson (born of US citizen parents), a New York State resident,be granted a travelling visa applied on the same day (using the rush service)of the application by the DC Chinese Consulate. Please let me know.

I don't think yoru grandson will be issued with a visa if no guardian accompany him. yeah, the visa can be obtained in the afternoon if application is submitted before 12:00 p.m, but an additional fee of $30 per person will be charged.
