About:Hong Kong Airport Bus

What bus do I take from the airport to Elizabeth house on Gloucester road, arriving at 12:30am?

Do you mean 12:30 after midnight? If so, you can take bus N11 from the airport to Wan Chai Fire Station, Hennessy Road, then walk about several minutes along Canal Road to get to Jaffe Road, you will find Elizabeth House.
