top up and discount like octopus card

This card can use like a octopus card or not, and it.has promotion same as octopus card
. For example; senoir discount, top up at 7-11, pay for bus

Yes, you can top up it and use it as an ordinary Octopus Card. Then it has the same discount like octopus card.
