travelling to shangri-la in end of november

Hi, i will be traveling there on november 22-25, what kind of clothing should i bring? do i need to bring sun block also? what kind of medicine should i prepare for altitude stress? Many thanks

You need to bring light sweater, jacket, and overcoat since it is cool, even cold at the end of Nov. The average temperature is usually about 10C. You need to bring sun block since the ultraviolet radiation is strong at that time. As for the medicine, you'd better follow the advice from your doctor.
