About:Wang's Residence

CANCEL MY Z VISA

Hi, I have finished all the procedures for z, i went back to my country got it with health check
now i am back to china, and i had an interview and they agreed and gave me their agreement.
the point is my company turned into a monster , my boss became very bad, the HR manager does not want to complete the procedure for me to get my work permit and residence .
now if did not finish the procedures on time, what will happen? and if i want to cancel all these things and leave my work, what should i do? i am married to a Chinese lady. thanks so much for your help

So, you do not get the work permit? May I know if you are now in China on a single entry L? if yes, you need to check its duration, and leave before it expires. If you want to quit your job, you have to get your passport back.

Thanks for your reply, now i am here on the Z ( single entry 30 days )
i hold a single entry z that allows me complete my procedures and get my work permit and residence permit. but my employer is not good , he does not want to finish the papers for me, i even passed the interview and got the result, only one step is left for me to get the residence permit and work permit. now my question is , if i left because of the z is only 1 entry and it is 30 days, can i go back with family L or business F? thanks for your help

If your employer will not complete the procedure for residence permit, you have to leave before Z expires. But it is ok for you to apply for a family L if you will enter again.
