Chinese visa application in Milano.

so at the moment I am in Italy visiting friends I have a flight for china on the 23rd of November from milano my question is : I am a holder of a British passport was born there then I leaved in Greece and I got my Greek nationality because my father is Greek an I have the Greek id so my question is can I take the visa fron milano? and if not from which country it's easier to take it britan or greece?
