In town check-in & free shuttle from hotel to aiport

Is the in town check-in available at Kowloon Station for Air Asia passenger? Also, how do I get to the Kowloon Station via free shuttle from Novotel Nathan Road Hotel?

Hi, dear, the free in town check-in service is unavailable at Kowloon Station for Air Asia passengers. From Kowloon Station, you can take the free bus K1 to the hotel.
