There is a direct bus from Shanghai Huangpu Bus Station to Xiaoshan Airport. The bus departs at 08:15 (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) and 18:00 (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday). It costs CNY100 and takes about 2.5~3 hours. If you miss the bus, you go to Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station to take high speed train to HZ Railway Station, then take the airport shuttle bus to Xiaoshan Airport.
