business woman in beijing

Question

I am travelling to Beijing for business late November/early December.  Not sure what is appropriate wear for business meetings and dinner functions.  I usually wear suits but it is fairly cold so is it appropriate to wear slacks and warm top with wool coat or down jacket? I am packing a few dresses for dinners but again worried about the cold.  Any suggestions or feedback will be appreciated. Thank you

Hi, dear.For the business meetings and dinners, maybe slacks are not that proper, but due to the cold weather, you can surely wear the down jacket and wool coat. Or you can put on the warm clothes outside of the suit. When entering a rom, you can take off them.  Take easy!
