Business Woman in Beijing

I am travelling to Beijing for business late November/early December. Not sure what is appropriate wear for business meetings and dinner functions. I usually wear suits but it is fairly cold so is it appropriate to wear slacks and warm top with wool coat or down jacket? I am packing a few dresses for dinners but again worried about the cold. Any suggestions or feedback will be appreciated. Thank you
