Hi, from the hostel to the avenue, you can walk to Mong Kok Station to take bus no. 2 or 234X and get off at MIddle Raod of Tsim Sha Tsui. Then you can easily walk to the Avenue of Stars.
It is nor far bwteen the Avenue of Stars and Ladies Street, so you can walk there directly.
Well, for the Ma Wan Island direction, you need walk to Mong Kok to take Tsuen Wan Line and get off at Kwai Fong. There you need transfer to bus no. N332 and get off at Pak Lam Road, Layby near the roundabout, from where you can walk to your destination. For return journey, you can also use the direction.
To the airport, you can walk to Tsim Sha Tsui to take bus no. A21 there directly. Or you can take MTR at Mong Kok Station to Cebtral first, along Tsuen Wan Line. Then walking to HK Station, you can easily catch the airport express train to the HKIA.
