requirements about my study in China in Feb. 2013

my class will start in 25 feb in 2013 in shanghai for chinese languege and they will send me offer letter and jw202 form and all document in november and i will take my x-visa in november from malaysia but im from iran... i want know if i come in 15 november to china and i want change it to residence permit it might be problem or not ?
