About:Taiwan Weather

In going to Taipei from 11 nov to 14 nov. Can i wear like slipper and shorts with light jacket?

Im going for sight seeing and shopping around. Will it be very cold and windy if i were to wear casually?

Hi, the average temperature will be about 22-23 C, so the long-sleeved shirt and a light overcoat can be prepared for your trip there. As for your light jacket, it can be ok, but the shorts may be a little cool, espcailly at nights.
Also, it will rain on 11th, so the temperature may fall at nights. Additionally, you need rethink taking slipper on rainy day.

Generally, it won't be cold for you wearing casually then. Sometimes, maybe a little cool.
