Hi, firstly, are you sure it is Sanyang Road? I don't find it in Ouhai District.Anyway, you can fly from Canton to Wenzhou first. Upon your arrival, you can take bus no. 41 at the airport bus stoop to Liming Overpass Brudge (Liminglijiaoqiao Station), where you can transfer to bus no. 78 and get off at Xueshan Gongyu Station. Then you can walk to Ouhai District to find your specific location.
