About:Embassy & Consulates of Philippines in China

OEC issuing

morning, im a Filipina working as a domestic helper here in Guangzhou and im going back to philippines for 2 weeks vacation only..Can i get the OEC here in Philippine consulate or they are issuing an OEC..and what are the requirements? thank you.

Sir Victor,OEC means (Overseas Employment Certificate) that certificate is required for all Filipinos going back to philippines for vacations and that certificate im going to present it to the philippine Airport crew so that they allow me to go back to the working place..so,the philippine consulate here in Guangzhou issuing that certificate. thank you.

I think you can get exact reply from the consular office directly by Tel. Nos. 8331-1461 or 8331-0996 local 811 during 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM or 135-7000-8063 after office hours, at weekends and on holidays.
