Starting fare for taxi, right? It is CNY5 for the first 2.4km. You also need pay CNY1 more for the fuel charge.1

It is more than 400km from Changchun, so it will be very expensive to take a taxi and usually it is hard to get one. You may consider renting a car or van and I heard the rental fee is around CNY1,500 for a single trip.0
