Tim Sum in TST

Hi,

We are staying at TST area for 6 days and we love tim sum, can you suggest a few different place to go for tim sum around TST and Mong Kok area ? place where the locals go to and cheap.

Also I was told that at certain hours of the day the tim sum restaurant charge less or give a discount price, is that true and what are the hours ? we can be flexible on the time we eat and would like to get the most out of our money as we are travelling as a family and it cost a lot when only one is paying.
